Municipal Councillors and Workers’ Compensation

Ministerial Guidelines pursuant to Section 14AA(4) of the recently amended Accident Compensation Act 1985 (Victoria) have now been issued. These Guidelines specify the duties performed by a Councillor that may be taken to be, or not to be, “duties as a Councillor” for the purposes of the Act.
