EB Discussion Group (10:00 am to 12:00 pm):

If you are in enterprise bargaining mode, the EB Discussion Group meetings are held on the first Friday of each month, except for January and December.  The first meeting for the year has been scheduled (see below) and future dates and locations of meetings will be advised:

We have scheduled full day workshops (9:00 am to 4:00 pm) covering the legislative framework, industrial action, NES, awards and enterprise agreements (overview only), transfer of business, disciplinary guidelines, termination of employment, general protections, dealing with disputes, and right of entry for the following dates:

WORKSHOPs - ENTERPRISE BARGAINING

We have scheduled full day workshops (9:00 am to 4:00 pm) covering the legislation and rationale, obstacles and difficulties, permitted content, mandatory provisions, commencement process and technical requirements, good faith bargaining, union claims, approval process, Better Off Overall Test (BOOT), sector outcomes and trends for the following dates:
